Hungarian Trombone Bootcamp
21 - 24 August 2019

Welcome to the 3rd edition of the Hungarian Trombone Bootcamp!  

A trombone festival comprised of masterclasses, live performances, and an international competition. The four-day festival will be held between August 21-24, 2019 in Budapest, Hungary.
This event has quickly became one of the top annual trombone festivals in Europe, featuring world class faculty members! The 2019 edition includes Brian Hecht, Zoltan Kiss, Matyas Veer and many others. Please consult the Faculty link for a full list of faculty members.
The masterclasses are open to all age categories and all levels (professionals, students, and amateurs).
The international competition welcomes participants from all over the world and includes attractive prizes in all categories.
Masterclasses are limited to 50 active participants so we encourage early registration to secure your spot. We have an unlimited number of non-active participant spots available. A variety of participant packages will be offered in order to accommodate all levels of interest, including six 30 minute lessons with a number of faculty members. All participants will have to opportunity to attend open masterclasses, live performances and participate in chamber music ensembles. Please consult the available options and register accordingly!

The results of the 2019 "Corpus" tenor and bass trombone competition's primary round!

We are very happy to announce the results of the 2019 "Corpus" tenor and bass trombone competition's primary round! The panel was formed of eight professional trombone players choosing the best three players for both tenor and bass trombone for the final live round at the Hungarian Trombone Bootcamp in Budapest, Hungary on the 22nd of August 2019.
